oh yea, and I have met Franco B, even have on my home-made-video. He was really cool, i dont know what i was expecting but the whole evening was about different peoples works, and interesting comments about video-art. Franco B was really down to earth, and it was all good, i might post the video some time, right now im in an internet cafe, geekingly checking my mails. I wanted to upload my distortion video here but it seems to be taking sooo long!. Ill do it some other time. c ya later, alligator!

I was just fiddling around in foyles, where i found an amazing section called "fiction on the verge of a nervous breakdown" ofcourse, i told them that i would buy the books from there, and that i would like them forever, if they print a copy of the books :P so they have, i will post it later on, but then i moved towards the photography section, and what did i see? this outragouslly beauty done by borish mikhailov. Really like that harmony of colors, that sit well perfectlly fine with the images. ummhmm

I really wanted to see this film, the last screening was on thursday. Anyhow Haneke talks about this film as "I was interested in presenting a group of children who are taught absolutist values, ad the way they internalise this absolutism." He continues.. "My point was to show the consequences: that if absolutism is applied to an ideal, then that ideal, either political or religious, becomes inhuman" What a quote.

As you can see, i can bum around today, as i have a major cough. I sound like a granny. Ive been trying every kind of menthol cigarettes within the week. Basically whatever that looks green, Ive tried it, menthol wise. Thats why i got really ill, so Im doing my blog for a change. Anyway, these photos are taken all over the place. Enjoy

i cant believe, they are coming to london. to jazz cafe!..My friend reccomend me this album, when I was in Warsaw, and Im telling you it is good baby. They will be at the jazz cafe on the 28th november. Sweet!

here are my samples, yo!

the first image, is an etching, and digital printing underneith, i stitched ontop of it by hand. yes yea. These images are not just based on imagination, which is not always on vacation :) this time but is based on the video-diary. The second one, is a digital print with stitching. It could have looked really bad, but it didnt, actually one of my favorites. The third one afro-cat, is a lovely girl i met in brixton. Its kind of too large to scan, so part of her hair didnt come out right, but the fabric has mostly big- hair.

They have all been printed on silk-crepe, and some of them on silk-jersey, but i will scan those later. Couldnt scan the wild , wild, wild in an appropriate manner, so pardon me. The last one, Im a human being is gotta be my favourite one out of all.Do i need to say that they look much better in real-life, i probablly dont :P

Well, I have just watched an absolute amazing lebanese film. I love the colors throughout the film, its just so wonderful, it captures preety much every emotion that we feel as human beings :) the soundtrack is also really powerful . Really reccomend it.

I thought I would put some of my work here since I have absolutelly no time to write anything anymore cuz of college. Although I shall go to see the cinematic orchestra:0 and im yet again super- excited.

so i cut out different words from the ~wonderful~ hello magazine :P, than brought the words together, basically all the words were about love, and fame and royalty and beauty.. I am working on a collage of them, printing ontop of cards with foil, than stitching them ontop of flock. yee haw
