i got this book long ago called "wet dreams" by Marlene Dumas,
and i still can't stop looking at it. The picture next door is the front page of the book. The book also has collaborations with her daughter Helen, her 6 year old daughter. "Helen's invention (using colored pencils, water-colors, poster paints and other painting utensils) turns her mother's concept- on nearly every one of the sheets-upside down. What is fluid becomes dull, become bright, flatness become lined. I can't find much about her on the internet, but promice once I get a chance, I'll put some of her works with her daughter.
